Are Bariatrix Products Lactose free?
The majority of our products contain one form or another of dairy protein (i.e. whey protein concentrate, calcium caseinate). These ingredients contain very small amounts of lactose. Bariatrix products with dairy proteins contain 2 grams or less of lactose (compare that with a 4 oz. cup of milk, which contains approximately 5 grams).
